Rex: 2 1/2 year old medium-haired male tabby
Rex (previously named Leon as a kitten) was adopted with his buddy
Little Liam (renamed Tarzan) and they were best buddies for over a year
and a half. Rex recently came back into rescue as he was supposedly
eliminating outside of the litter pan. Rex gets along well with other
cats particularly males and in his previous home, Rex got along well
with a Husky dog and he would sleep curled up with the dog and Tarzan.
Rex has not had any elimination problems since he has been in rescue and
likes to cuddle and play with Tom and Tommy in his foster home.
Rex was a partially feral kitten but he has been completely socialized
and is a very affectionate boy. He is a high energy cat and needs room
to roam. He may be a bit shy in new surroundings but he will warm up and
settle into a new home after a brief time. Rex would thrive in a quiet
home with older kids and calm dogs. Rex is scheduled for a dental
cleaning at the beginning of March as he has red line gingivitis and has
one cavity on a tooth which will need to be removed. After a week of
recovery after dental surgery, Rex will be ready for adoption to his new
forever home.
Mr. Rex is happily ensconced in his new forever home with
Ollie, his faithful canine companion and has lots of room to roam and
play in his new abode and loves to cuddle up with his new human
companions and Ollie.
